With a capacity of up to 100 guests, our space creates an exclusive and immersive experience for both artists and audience members.
Imagine the enchanting atmosphere as your music fills the gallery, complemented by the stunning artwork on display. The acoustics in our space are exceptional, ensuring your performance is heard with clarity and richness.
Convenience is key for any event, and we've got you covered. Our gallery provides artist parking for easy equipment loading, and on-site toilets for your patrons' comfort.

Terrace Greenhouse offers its art gallery space as a venue for musicians and performing artists.
You will need to provide your own lights and sound system.
You are also responsible for ticket sales.
While we will help promote the event, we will not take money for ticket sales.

To accommodate your needs, we offer flexible hourly rental rates starting at $75 per hour (with a three-hour minimum).
For added practiability, chair rentals are available at a nominal fee of $1.25 per chair (100 chairs available).
Please note there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee.

We will provide 4 x trestle tables & tablecloths, ice buckets and wine glasses if needed.
The Terrace Greenhouse has a function licence, so alcohol is permitted to be served at your event.
Parking available for 2 cars on site.
To support our local talent, Terrace Greenhouse will amplify your event by sharing it on our Facebook, Instagram, and website.
Additionally, we'll promote your performance through posters on our sandwich boards and informative leaflets available at our front counter.

PERFORMANCE SPACE BOOKING ENQUIRY
To accommodate your needs, we offer flexible hourly rental rates starting at $75, with a three-hour minimum. A 50% deposit required at time of booking and balance payable 21 days prior.
