Fuz Caforio

Fuz Caforio , is an internationally recognised painter who has been painting African wildlife for over 30 years and he has just been voted the best wildlife painter in Africa. His paintings are often mistaken for photographs as they are so realistic and he likes to focus on endangered species. The main focus of this exhibition - Vanishing the Fight for Survival is to raise awareness of Africa’s highly endangered Painted Wolves and by association the plight of many animals that face extinction. His acrylic paintings are unnervingly realistic and he manages to convey the primal instinct of the wild, especially the wild cat predators. His favourite animal to paint is the leopard.
